Privacy policy
We collect what you give us when you ask for a snapshot or get in touch. We use it to do that work and to reply. We don’t sell it.
Who we are
bisica is an AI search agency operated by Top Off Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this policy, “bisica”, “we” and “us” mean that company. You can reach us at hello@bisica.com.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the snapshot form. Your company’s website and name, what you sell, the competitors you name, where your customers are, and your own name and work email. If you arrived from a link with campaign tags or from another website, the request also says which.
- What you send us. Emails you write to us, and the name, email and time you enter when you book a call.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. The site also loads Google Tag Manager, a Google service that delivers measurement scripts to the page. Google receives your IP address and browser details when it does.
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To prepare your snapshot. We ask AI tools and Google the questions your buyers ask, and count who gets recommended. To do that we send them your company’s name, what it sells and the competitors you named. We do not send them your own name or email.
- To send it to you. We email the report to the address you gave, followed by one or two follow-up emails. There is no newsletter, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying.
- To reply and to meet. We use your details to answer your questions and to hold the calls you book.
- To run and protect the site. For example, to stop spam requests.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it to advertise to you on other sites.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us do the work above, and only what each one needs:
- AI and search providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and DataForSEO, which collects Google results). They receive the questions we ask about your company and its competitors. They do not receive your contact details.
- Email delivery (Resend), which sends the report and follow-ups.
- Storage and hosting (GitHub and Cloudflare). Requests and reports are kept in private storage on GitHub. Cloudflare serves the site and counts visits.
- Scheduling (OneCal), if you book a call.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep snapshot requests and reports for up to 12 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as we work together. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email privacy@bisica.com and we’ll act on it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights. That includes people in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and residents of California and some other U.S. states. These can include the right to object to how we use your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours is your request for a snapshot and our legitimate interest in replying to you and running the business.
Where it’s processed
We are based in the United States, and the providers above process information there. If you’re outside the United States, your information will be transferred to it.
Security
We keep requests and reports in private storage, limit who can access them, and send information over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we’ll tell you if a problem affects your information.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the site.
