- Google Maps now answers questions with AI. Ask Maps began rolling out in the U.S. in March 2026 (Google). Outside Google, ChatGPT leans on Yelp more than on Google’s listings (BrightLocal, August 2026). Your snapshot shows what ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews say about your clinics.
- Can you get us recommended for emergencies?
- No. Chest pain, stroke and other emergencies belong in the ER. Every page we write sends them to 911 or the nearest ER. Clinics run as part of a hospital also face federal rules if they advertise emergency care.
- We have dozens of clinics. How does that work?
- The free snapshot asks about one city. In paid work each clinic gets its own questions and its own results because patients ask by neighborhood. Groups get a custom quote.
- Do you need patient data or tracking on our booking pages?
- No. We work from public information, such as your website, your listings and what AI tools say. Our work adds no pixels, tags or tracking code to your site.
- Do you write or buy reviews?
- No. The FTC’s review rule has banned fake reviews and paying for positive reviews since October 2024. Reviews come from your patients. We check each clinic’s listings and fix or request fixes for what is wrong.
