A buyer asks AI

What’s the best EHR software for a small independent therapy practice?

The answer

Three products come up most often:

  1. Your product: notes, scheduling and billing in one place and pricing on the website.
  2. Competitor A: full-featured but built for larger groups.
  3. Competitor B: simple but no billing.

The work

What we do for healthtech companies.

A senior operator does the work and runs the same questions again to report what changed. How we work

  • Publish what buyers filter on

We put HIPAA and BAA terms, security reports, integrations, pricing model and setup time on pages AI can read.

  • Write for each buyer

We publish pages for specific buyers by specialty, practice size and the EHR they already use.

  • Complete your review profiles

We fill in and correct your profiles on G2, Capterra and Software Advice. We never write or buy reviews.

  • Put your evidence in the open

We turn case studies and clinical evidence from gated PDFs into pages. Your team clears every claim first.

FAQ

Common questions.

More in the general FAQ. Or book a call and ask directly.

Our marketing claims go through legal and compliance review. How do you handle that?
Everything we write goes to your team for review before it’s published. We keep to claims you can support, and we don’t make clinical or regulatory claims on your behalf.
We don’t publish pricing. Is that a problem?
AI can only repeat what’s public, and buyers often ask about cost. It helps even to describe how you charge, such as per provider per month. What to publish is your call.
Do you work with companies that sell to hospitals and health systems, or only to small practices?
We work with both, and the questions differ. A small practice asks about price and setup, and a health system asks about integrations and security. We map the questions your buyers ask.
Is our data or our customers’ data involved?
No. We work from public information, such as your website, review sites and what AI tools say. We don’t need access to patient data or to your product.
